Our Products are digital resources — worksheets, planners, guides, and related downloads or course/community access — designed to help families build intentional rhythms. Products are for informational and organizational purposes only and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
3. Purchases and payment
- Prices for Products are listed on our website and are subject to change.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. For eligible digital products, Stripe acts as Managed Payments merchant of record, meaning Stripe is the seller of record for that transaction, handles applicable sales tax, and issues your receipt. You may see "LINK.COM" or a similar descriptor on your billing statement — that reflects Stripe's secure checkout partner, not an error.
- You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information at checkout.
4. License to use digital Products
When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use that Product for your own household or family use.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or republish any Product, in whole or in part, including on file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or with anyone outside your household.
- Claim authorship of, modify and resell, or use our Products under a private-label or master-resell-rights arrangement.
- Use our Products for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
All content, design, and materials in our Products and on our website remain the intellectual property of Rooted in Ruckus.
5. Refunds

6. Course and community access
Where a Product includes access to a course or community hosted through our platform (systeme.io), that access is personal to you and may be revoked if these Terms are violated, if payment is reversed or refunded, or if a subscription is cancelled.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Our Products and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any particular outcome, result, or transformation will occur from using our Products — results depend on your own use and circumstances.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted in Ruckus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or Products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where Stripe's Managed Payments terms govern the payment transaction itself.
